ÑAWPAKUNA (Quechua : ‘The ones before us ‘ )

Lead artist Cynthia Paniagua awakens the space by teaching an Andean dance to ask permission and offer tribute to ancestors; and Rulan shares land dance practice for each participant to connect to place and collective intention . 

Artists will introduce themselves and their relationship to land in their creation process.
